Paramount Strategies LLC (“Paramount Strat,” “we,” “us”) respects the information people share on this website. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how to ask us about it.

Who this covers

This policy applies to paramountstrat.com, including the contact form, training requests, and job applications. It does not cover other companies’ websites that we link to.

Information you give us

If you request services, we collect:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number, if you choose to share it
  • The message you write

If you request training, we collect:

  • The class you select
  • The number of participants
  • Your name and email address
  • The location and preferred training date

A preferred date is a request. It is not a confirmed booking until Paramount replies.

If you apply for a job, we collect:

  • Your name, email, phone number, and location
  • The role you applied for
  • What you tell us about your experience, certifications, and availability
  • The resume file you upload

How we use it

We use this information to:

  • Reply to service requests
  • Review training requests and confirm a date with you
  • Review job applications and contact applicants
  • Keep a record of those conversations for our team

We do not sell personal information. We do not use it for advertising.

Where it is stored

Messages, training requests, applications, and resumes are locked before they are saved on Paramount Strat’s website hosting. They are not shown on the public pages. Only staff who sign in with the company login can unlock and view them. A notice may also be emailed to Paramount Strat so the team knows something arrived. Resume files stay on the website for staff to download; they are not attached to that email.

We keep this information while we need it to respond, consider an application, or meet a legal duty. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Cookies

Visitors are not tracked with advertising or analytics cookies. If a staff member signs in, the browser stores a login cookie so they can stay signed in. That cookie is not available to page scripts, and it is removed when they log out or after 12 hours.

Fonts

Pages load typefaces from Google Fonts. When your browser requests those fonts, Google may receive your IP address under Google’s privacy policy.

Children

This website is for adults looking for project support or jobs. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

Your choices
